OTIFAS is one among the globally renowned third party assessment bodies. The oldest and most reputed bodies include ASQ for six sigma and PMP.org for Project Management.

Almost all the assessment bodies conduct 3 hours or 4 hours of proctored exam with situational subjective questions to assess the capability of the personnel in the respective field of knowledge.

However OTIFAS assesses personnel in three different perspective. The pre-assessment criteria helps the professionals to demonstrate their capabilities before proceeding for the final assessment test. This also reduces the exam duration to less than 2 hours. Pre assessment one (this is a basic requirement for al the certification programs. Either a personal can complete it their own or, with a the help of training by any accredited provider).

Pre assessment two (this is required only for advance certifications like six sigma black belt, CQE etc). Can be completed self or with the help of training by accredited providers.

Simulated project (this is required for advance certifications like six sigma black belt, CQE etc). Can be completed self or with the help of training by accredited providers.

Final Exam (this is required for all the certification schemes) Web based AI proctored exam from a wide range of question banks. Can appear with self study of through training by our accredited provider.
